Orders are shipped Monday-Friday unless the item is on Pre-Order. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping:
Standard shipping (4-7 business days)- $6.99 via USPS First Class Package
Priority shipping (3-4 business days)- $12.99 via USPS Priority
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return and Exchanges apply to only regular price items not sale items and are only for items that are defective or damage please send us an email to sales@afribera.com informing us if you would like exchange for the same item.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be returned undamaged , unused and in original packaging. To complete your exchange we require a copy of receipt or proof of purchase. You are solely responsible for paying shipping cost for returned items , shipping cost are non-refundable. depending on your location your return and exchange item time will vary.
We advise to if you are shipping item (s) over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don't guarantee receipt of returned item
